haha thank you but i’m not really focusing as much on weight as I am on body fat %, muscle mass, strength, endurance, etc

It’s about how much I can lift, not the number on the scale right now

Chest and Back = done :)

When I went back for a second time, one of the trainers whom I never talked to said to me “wow, back for a second workout? you really work hard!”

It made me quite proud because I DO work hard and bust my butt every time :)

Two-a-days

So yesterday I did am fasted cardio, then went back at night to do legs. This morning, I did another fasted cardio and I’m going back later to work on my back!

I had a delicious breakfast of Nature’s Path Hemp-plus oatmeal, 1 egg+2 egg whites scrambled, and green tea :)

I think I’m going to do 3 am fasted cardio sessions a week so that means I’ll have 3 two-a-days a week, and the other 3 days I’ll just chunk it all together with 20-25min HIIT cardio and lifting.
