Warm up: 800m row
30-60seconds cardio interval in between each set. This means no rest time in between sets.
I mostly jump roped, but I also used the rowing machine for the last exercises since I could move weights over to the machine.
BB squats 4x8
Leg press 3x10
Leg extensions 3x15
Romanian deadlift 4x8
Hamstring curls 4x10
Standing calf raises 4x15
Seated calf raises 4x15
If you have more time, add on a superset of abs, still doing cardio intervals in between:
Hanging leg raises 3x15
SS w/ weighted v-ups 3x15
