Would taking test boosters make me less emotional?
Girls with experience?***im not talking about pinning test. I’m referring to test boosters sold in stores like P6, SuperTest, DAA, Deer Antler Velvet, Tribulus, etc
I think today’s going to turn into a 2-a-day…or even a 3-a-day
Well my body is different from every body else’s and different macros/calories work for me.
I was losing weight last week so here’s an example:
meal 1 - 2 eggs, 12spears asparagus, 1oz smoked salmon,1/2 tbsp coconut oil
1/2c fullfat cottage cheese, 3tbsp sugarfree spread, 1/3c walnuts
coffee with soy creamer and splenda
meal 2- 1 slice ezekiel bread,1/2can tuna,53g avocado, 1scoop protein powder PWO
meal 3- 6oz salmon, 24spears asparagus,230g zucchini, 1/2tbsp coconut oil
meal 4- 1oz wasabi almonds, 2 hardboile egg whites
meal 5-2/3c fullfat cottage cheese, 1.5tbsp peanut butter, 1tbsp chia seeds, 4tbsp sugarfree fruit spread
I have a high fat diet which works well for me. Total macros are about p/c/f 170/90/117 and calories come to about 2100.
