And as you know, macros as carbs,proteins,and fats. You want to get a good ratio of the three for your goals. There are general guidelines online for fatloss/muscle building/maintenence. Personally, I like to go with around a 40/35/25 split (proteins/carbs/fats) to my calories. Every body reacts differently to different macro splits though so that’s something you have to find out through trial and error.

Then use an app like MyFitnessPal to easily track what you’re eating in the day and see if you’re hitting the ranges for each of your macros.

Yup I’ve used OxyElitePro and SuperHD before.
They’re both stimulants but since I have a high stim tolerance, I didn’t feel those effects. I feel like Oxy did give me a boost along with my diet and workouts in helping me lean out.
