I’m at a point where I’m so comfortable and happy with myself that I’m not afraid to put up a video of me in a bikini on Facebook (the ALS ice bucket challenge)

This is a fantastic feeling.

Consistency, eating a lot, and lifting heavy has really transformed me. I feel solid, I’ve grown a butt, and I can crush peasants between my thighs.

My squat 1rm max was 175 on the left, and on the right I can easily 5x5 205.

20lbs heavier than me on the left and I’ve never felt better.
